- The independent broker that issued an account is responsible for that client relationship, account support and any regulated activity.
- Platform availability, modules and integrations depend on the broker's license and configuration.
How to verify a broker using Ark Trader
- Ask for the broker's exact legal name, registration number, jurisdiction and regulator.
- Check those details independently on the claimed regulator's official register.
- Confirm that the website domain and payment instructions belong to the same legal entity.
- Do not treat a platform name, logo, app listing or technology relationship as proof of regulatory authorization.
- Direct account, deposit, withdrawal and execution questions to the broker that issued the account.
