Ark Technologies is a software provider—not a broker
Ark Technologies (Company No. 2456), based in Amman, Jordan, develops and licenses the Ark Trader platform to independent brokerage firms and dealing rooms. It does not provide retail brokerage or investment services.
What Ark Technologies does
- Develops the Ark Trader software product family.
- Licenses and deploys platform technology for independent brokerage businesses.
- Provides product configuration, training and technical support to licensed organizations.
- Supports available broker integrations and administrative workflows within the licensed platform.
What Ark Technologies does not do
- Open or operate retail trading accounts.
- Receive or safeguard client deposits.
- Approve or process a broker's client withdrawals.
- Execute trades as the customer's broker or counterparty.
- Provide investment, legal or regulatory advice to retail clients.
- Guarantee a broker's regulatory status, conduct, performance or solvency.
The independent broker's role
A broker that licenses Ark Trader operates its own business and client relationships. The broker—not Ark Technologies—is responsible for its corporate authorization, regulatory obligations, onboarding, account terms, deposits, withdrawals, execution, pricing, support and communications with its clients.
The presence of the Ark Trader name, interface or logo does not by itself show that a broker is licensed or regulated. Regulatory status must be checked independently against the official register for the broker's claimed jurisdiction.
If someone claims to be “Ark Technologies” and asks you to deposit money
Do not treat that request as proof of an Ark Technologies relationship. Ark Technologies does not solicit retail deposits or hold customer funds. Identify the broker's exact legal entity, verify it through the relevant financial regulator's official register, and confirm that the website, email address and payment instructions belong to that verified entity.
How to check a broker before sending funds
- Ask for the broker's complete legal name, registration number and licensing jurisdiction.
- Search the relevant regulator's official register using that exact legal name and number.
- Compare the registered website, telephone number and email domain with the details you were given.
- Read the broker's client agreement, deposit and withdrawal terms, risk disclosure and complaint procedure.
- Do not rely on a trading-platform brand, app-store listing, logo, screenshot or messaging profile as proof of authorization.
Account and transaction support
Questions about an individual trading account, balance, deposit, withdrawal, order or execution should be directed to the broker that issued the account. Ark Technologies does not control those financial relationships.
To report suspected unauthorized use of the Ark Technologies or Ark Trader name, send the relevant company name, website, app link and supporting details to theteam@arktrader.io. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or private account credentials.
