Broker operations

Ark Server Core and Feeder

The Linux- and Java-based server core supports platform services, while Ark Feeder handles configured price-source and instrument distribution. A deployment can be configured to accept multiple feeder instances and different sources by instrument.

Ark Mothership

Mothership is the desktop administration environment for dealing rooms and broker teams. Published capabilities include account-tree management, position and transaction monitoring, dealer controls, reporting, settlements and instrument configuration.

Policy Management

Policy controls let authorized broker administrators configure client, group and dealer parameters. Available permissions and calculations depend on the licensed deployment and current product configuration.

Ark Mobile Admin

Ark Mobile Admin gives authorized dealers mobile access to selected user, transaction, reporting and monitoring functions. It is intended for licensed Ark platform brokers and dealing rooms, not retail clients.

Trader access

Desktop and mobile trading

A broker can provide its clients with desktop software and native iOS and Android applications for supported quotes, order workflows, charts and account activity. Availability and branding depend on the broker's license.

Ark Web Trader

Ark Web Trader provides browser-based access without requiring a desktop software installation. Browser and feature support should be confirmed for each deployment.

Client operations and connectivity

Ark CRM

Ark CRM supports broker-managed client and administrative workflows, including configured account requests, activity history, communications, dashboards and reports. Exact workflows depend on the licensed setup.

Ark STP Bridge

Ark Bridge can route configured orders to one or more connected liquidity providers and supports Ark-to-Ark or supported non-Ark integration workflows. Connectivity does not eliminate market, liquidity, counterparty, execution, configuration or operational risk.

Ark Weekend Distribution

This add-on supports broker-defined commission-distribution workflows for affiliate and introduced-broker programs.

Ark Administration API

The administration API gives authorized applications access to supported broker-management functions. It requires dealer authentication and is not intended for end-user clients. Current permissions and integration details are provided during technical scoping.

Important provider distinction

Ark Technologies supplies software to independent brokers. It does not open retail trading accounts, receive client deposits, hold customer funds or process withdrawals. The broker that issued an account remains responsible for its client relationship and regulated activities.

Deployment and next step

  1. Discuss the intended business model, users, modules and integrations with the Ark Technologies team.
  2. Select a current written plan and confirm what is included, excluded and separately priced.
  3. Provide required company, branding and authorized-signatory information.
  4. Complete deployment, configuration and team training before launch.

Delivery timing, integrations, support scope and commercial terms vary by project and should be confirmed in the signed proposal.
